We liked our 3 nights stay. The hotel had a central position just next door to local shops, cafes and restaurants and city centre. Cafe Cafe Truva located 1.0 km away was a nice surprise.
The staff was disappointing.

It was in a central setting very close to the bus station from-and-to the airport. There was The Cafe nearby, offering quick meals. Kind and polite staff who were always there to help. Quick check-in was a bonus.

Patient staff and a vegan breakfast including a good choice of bacon and fresh fruit. The bed was very big and it was great having coffee/tea makers, iron and ironing board. The decor here was delightful. Thanks to a really great service I had a brilliant stay.

A residential location and very honest staff were the highlight of this fun stay. Appropriate room, vintage with luxury bathrooms. Continental breakfast had a lot of options, like yoghourt and fresh fruit. The pool was lovely and the garden - quiet.

plentiful breakfast with plenty of options, stunningly beautiful and pretty clean place. the location was ideal, just off both old town and centre of edinburgh. we thoroughly enjoyed brilliant service provided by extremely pleasant stuff.
The bed was terribly uncomfortable, unfortunately.

a great hotel with lots of comfortable rooms to relax in. there's piccolino located minute walk from the property, i recommend to try food there. also, it had parking nearby.
